A Festival of Village Carols is held every two years to celebrate
the remarkable carol singing traditions that flourish
in the villages near Sheffield, and elsewhere.

The 2010 Festival is on
Saturday 27th November, 2010

 

The guests at the Festival on the 27th November are:

The Black Bull carollers from Ecclesfield near Sheffield

The Bamford Carollers from Derbyshire
 

bullet

The Copper Family from Sussex.

The festival starts about 9.30am and finishes about 11.15pm
There are workshops during the day and a talk about the Copper Family's Christmas
singing tradition at about 4.00-5.00pm.
The Grand Sing starts at 7.30pm.

 

A Booking Form will be available at the end of September,
date to be announced.
