Announcing - a new CD from Village Carols

Break Forth in Song!
Village Carols from the Blue Ball Inn, Worrall
Village Carols CD VC011
On the Sunday lunchtimes between Armistice Day and Christmas Day people gather from far and near to take part in this unique feast of singing. Standing shoulder to shoulder they celebrate the season with a repertoire of carols second to none.

Such is the power of the singing that it's as if you could lean your back against it. To the accompaniment of an electric organ, skilfully played by Julia Bishop, some sixty or more enthusiasts confidently chart their way through a session, with scarcely a glance at any words or music, singing instinctively in parts, and observing excellent order, especially  for the solos and the exquisite symphonies that punctuate the verses.
